• Free USPS Ground shipping on orders over $39 — no codes, no surprises.
• Orders under $39 ship via USPS Ground for a flat $6.95.
• Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. Parts ship from our own inventory.
• You'll receive a shipment confirmation by email with tracking once your order leaves our hands.
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns

• 30-day returns. If a part isn't right for your vehicle, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Parts must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Electrical parts that have been installed cannot be returned.
• To start a return, email info@directeuroparts.com with your order reference and the part number — we'll reply with return instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned part is received and inspected.
